On Sept 23, a construction ceremony was held for the Zhangjiapo Tunnel, the first tunnel on Micang Avenue.

Zhangjiapo Tunnel is located at the junction of Nuoshuihe town and Lianghekou town in Tongjiang county, an area with high mountains, steep slopes and complex terrain. 

The left branch of the tunnel is 2,927.5 meters long and the right branch is 2,929 meters long.
