4th Qinba Agricultural Fair to be held on Sept 14-16
The 4th Qinba Mountain Area Green Agriculture and Forestry Industry Investment and Trade Fair (referred to as the Qinba Agricultural Fair) will be held in Bazhong, Sichuan from Sept 14th to 16th.
The Qinba Agricultural Fair, approved by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government in 2018, is a major event for showcasing the new achievements of green development in the Qinba mountainous area and promoting the development of green agriculture and forestry in the region. It has been successfully held for three sessions in 2018, 2019, and 2021, and has been included in the "Top Ten Events" of the Northeast Economic Zone of Sichuan.
The fair is organized by the China Good Agri-products Development & Chinese Forestry Industry Federation. It will be attended by 45 member units from 12 regions including Sichuan, Chongqing, Shaanxi, Hubei, Gansu, Henan, Ningxia Hui autonomous region, Zhejiang, Anhui, Guizhou, Beijing, and Shanghai.
The objective of the fair is to deepen the practice of the development concept that "clear waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver." It also aims to utilize the good ecological environment, abundant agricultural and forestry resources, and distinctive product characteristics of the Qinba mountainous area. It seeks to build a modern industrial system, and focus on the goal of "creating a platform for the circulation of high-quality agricultural and forestry products while adhering to the theme of "Green Qinba, Open and Win-Win".

The Qinba Agricultural Fair will also host eight events, including the Qinba Mountain Area Green Agriculture and Forestry Industry Investment and Trade Promotion Conference, Meat Products Investment Promotion Conference and "Bashan Beef" Industrial Development Seminar, Qinba Green Agriculture and Forestry Industry Exhibition and Sales Fair, China Farmers’ Harvest Festival Celebration in Bazhong, the 2023 Autumn JD.com Consumer Season Marketing Event, "Bashan Cuisine" Food Tasting Activity, Enyang Ancient Town Night Tour Season, and Qinba Mountainous Area Gourmet Week.
