The promotion activity of the employment of the V3.0 information system application in Sichuan province was held in Bazhong on December 27th. 

The event aimed to accelerate the digital transformation of employment and improve the quality and efficiency of employment services across the province.

The meeting emphasized that next year will be the starting point for the digital transformation and development of employment in Sichuan. The entire employment system in the province should firmly grasp the requirements of "being people-oriented, reforming and innovating, being data-driven, and secure and reliable", and accelerate the construction of a new pattern for digital transformation and development. 

It is necessary to further reshape the concept of digital transformation and development, and to develop the habit of using data for service, supervision, and decision-making. The pathway for digital transformation and development should be further clarified, and a new "Four Smart" model of public employment services, including "smart processing, smart service, smart supervision, and smart decision-making", should be established. System applications should be strengthened to further enhance the foundation for digital transformation and development, and achieve full-process entering the system, full-business real-name registration, and full-service data usage. Innovation and exploration should be intensified to enrich scenarios for digital transformation and development, continuously improve the equal, inclusive, and convenient level of public employment services, and allow enterprises and the public to benefit from digital dividends. Collaborative mechanisms should be established to form a collective force for digital transformation and development, and to empower enterprises, experts and scholars, research institutions, and technological departments in terms of joint research, construction, and sharing. Attention should be paid to publicity and guidance, creating a strong atmosphere for digital transformation and development, broadening the scope and depth of publicity, and shaping a public opinion environment of "finding jobs on the public recruitment website and handling affairs on the e-employment platform", thereby increasing the awareness and influence of online service platforms for public employment services.

At the meeting, the Office of the Employment Service Management Bureau of Sichuan Province explained the planning and considerations for the digital transformation of employment and entrepreneurship services in the province. Representatives from 10 cities and prefectures, including Chengdu, Panzhihua, and Bazhong, delivered exchange speeches, showcasing their innovative practices in policy implementation, data sharing, process reengineering, business coordination, and service improvement in their respective regions.

During the event, cadres from the employment system in 21 cities and prefectures visited the employment and entrepreneurship command and dispatch hall in Bazhong, as well as employment and entrepreneurship service points in Enyang Industrial Park and the Dianke Street area, to learn from the advanced experiences of Bazhong in digital employment construction, service network supervision, and key work supervision and guidance.
